Location, it's in an apartment building above a mall, there is a night market nearby, so it's convenient. Spotless clean, well equipment and furnished, the owners were friendly. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. While it's on the north side of the river from city center, it's very easy to get downtown by Grab or by boat for just a couple of ringgit. I actually like very much how it's a little removed from the centre of action and is very peaceful at night. The common areas are well equipped and it looks like there's even enough to cook a full meal if one wished to do so. The bed in my room was comfortable. I had a great sleep each night. Zack even offers tours (extra $ of course). He brought me out to Semenggoh and a couple of other stops at a reasonable cost. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic and basic toiletries were provided.

The house is located on the other side of the river, which is in a relatively quiet area. Zak and his wife are both very friendly. The room and the kitchen are quite cozy.

Situated within 8 km of Borneo Convention Centre Kuching and 12 km of Sarawak Stadium in Kuching, Marco Polo Guest House provides accommodation with a kitchen. The guesthouse is well located, close to various bus stops and the waterfront. The single room is large and clean, with a window, a small table with a chair and even a lockable closet. It's a bit loud in the morning, the garbage collection comes very early and the walls aren't quite as soundproof, but I still found it very nice. Sam had offered that I could either take this room or one without a window, but I stayed in the one with a window. The mattress was actually a bit hard, but that was the case in other accommodations too, so maybe that's normal. The owners Sam and Jane are super nice, helpful and always open to a conversation and always have tips and information to hand. The breakfast was also plentiful and lovingly prepared. The stay is rounded off by the sweet and sometimes playful furry friends. Most of the guests were friendly, communicative and considerate. I felt very comfortable and would choose it again.

Situated in an old town area of Bintulu, The Velton Inn features modern accommodation housed in a grey and white building that offers views of the surrounding area. The location is great since it's in the middle of the city. The price also great.
