Offering a garden and garden view, Thomasha Homestay & Tuk Tuk Service is set in Wellawaya, 34 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 6.9 km from Buduruwagala Temple. Family was wellcoming us like our own. Home made dinner were so delicious. Also we had an oportunity to spend time with his family and serve food for the monks in the temple. These memories we will never forget, this all experience was so so special. I reccomend to everybody who wants to spend chill time outside of touristic Ella.

Ubicació al mig de la naturalesa i un lloc molt agradable per desconnectar i passejar al voltant del llac i dels camps. El responsable de l’hotel ens va fer un tour per l’hort i les plantacions de canyella i ens va mostrar el procés de fabricació. El sopar era molt bo, totalment recomanable (tampoc hi ha restaurants a prop).

Offering a garden and lake view, Lake Front Yala Safari is located in Kataragama, 18 km from Tissa Wewa and 18 km from Situlpawwa. We booked last minute and we had a really nice stay. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, and the room was really spacious! We had a really nice home cooked meal the night we were there, and we did a safari the following morning. The owners and their daughter were so nice and helpful.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Tanamalwila, Mayka's luxury holiday homes is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. Big room and bathroom with space to eat (so we could eat in our room instead of the restaurant upstairs, which was very cute tho...). Best wifi we had during our trip. Great location for Lunugamvehera Safari (we did not book it with them, but it seemed like we could because they also had a safari jeep). The owner speaks dutch and is very nice! We arranged a well priced tuktuk with her, that took us to Dickwella at 7 pm after our safari (about 2.30-3h drive). We enjoyed our stay and definitly recommend when visiting the Lunugamvehera side of Yala national park. Glad there was a restaurant in the hotel, because there did not seem to be much in the area (we didn't mind tho, we were only here for the safari :))

Just an amazing place. I recommended lots of people to go here because I loooved this! The people are just so nice, the food is so good. Vibes are really chilled. Loved the animals, the little fires and my little private hut. Met many nice people here.

Room is very neat and clean. Easy access for yala safari point. Real value for money. I strongly recommend.

The staff, two friendly women, were incredibly helpful. The delicious breakfast, pleasant rooms, and balcony with a beautiful view made our experience truly enjoyable.
