The actual villa with my own private pool was such a peaceful retreat right in the center of sigiriya but the incredibly kind and helpful owners, Mahesh and Chandhi really made it the most easy and comfortable experience. Before I arrived they arranged for a driver to pick me up from Colombo for the best price around, so my arrival couldn't have been smoother. Our diver Aigith was so reliable and helpful and we used his services every day. I highly recommend staying at least 3 nights and having Chandhi serve you her spectacular homemade meals poolside. We much preferred her meals to the restaurants. You do not need a plan before you get there because they will arrange things for you but this is what I did and it worked out perfectly: Day 1 airport pick up, swim in private pool hike pidurangala rock at sunset, come back and have dinner poolside. Day 2: sunrise at sigiriya rock and go to Dambulla cave temples and have lunch and dinner poolside. Day 3: Go to Anuradhapura and come back for snack and then dinner poolside. Day 4: Have an amazing breakfast and try not to cry when you check out after having such an amazing experience. I have been all over the world and this place really stole my heart. You will not find a more beautiful place that will take better care of you, especially at such a low price. I tipped a lot because I felt like they could have charged a lot more. Very kind, helpful and honest people that are willing to help you with anything at all.

The welcoming, the room, the surronding jungle garden with monkeys, the breakfast you made for us….the program you arranged and guided….( Sigiriya, Pidurangala, local market, roze quarts hills, cave temple)..We enjoyed so much! Thanks for sharing these experience with us!

Nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Son muy amables y te ayudan a organizar todo! Viajo con mi madre y justo cumplía años. Le prepararon una tarta preciosa y le dieron una sorpresa! Ashoka was a wonderful host, so helpful, made excellent food, helped with our itinerary and dropped us off at the bus station and helped us get on the right bus. The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable.

Sigiriya Water Guest & View Point Restaurant se encuentra en Sigiriya, a 2,2 km de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at Water Guest. We arrived in the evening, freshened up with a nice shower, and enjoyed a delicious dinner there. The meal consisted of a generous and delicious portion of rice and curry, accompanied by our choice of cold drinks. Our host even arranged an early morning tuk-tuk roundtrip for us to witness the sunrise at Pidurangala rock the next day. When we came back from Pidurangala, we had a very nice breakfast on top the tower with views to the Lion's Rock, Pidurangala Rock, and the surrounding rice fields. Overall, it was an amazing experience that I highly recommend to everyone!
