The holiday flat is quite close to the Sakura spot of Tenshochi Park and the Michinoku folk museum. The flat is located at the riverside with a lovely view and is decorated prettily. The owner is nice. She showed us some beautiful places when we arrived and drove us to the station when we had to leave.

El Appikogen Pension Mutti está situado a solo 5 minutos en auto de la estación de esquí de Appi Kogen y ofrece alojamientos con conexión wifi gratis. If the highest score is 10 I would rank Pension Mutti 9.9 — as no one would be 100% perfect :) I checked in at Pension Mutti a week ago and stayed for 3 nights, I would say Kayoko, the hostess and her entire family, were one of the most kind families I have ever met before. I didn’t book dinner when I made the reservation from Beijing, because I was thinking maybe I could try different restaurants but I was totally wrong, as the Appi Kogen skiing area is more of countryside without restaurants or shops in city area. But Kayoko figured out to get me the dinner arrangement eventually which I appreciated soooo much. And when I saw and tasted the breakfast and dinner provided, I was shocked as at this price, in Beijing, it won’t be cheaper than 30usd per meal - in New York it would cost +80usd or higher. The taste and the presentation of the meals were just at fine dining level no mention the ingredient were all from local and fresh. Kayoko also drove me ( and other travelers) to the ski resort ever morning and picked us up in the afternoon, and drove me to the train station in early morning. I can’t say anything unsatisfied me esp at the price charged to me, and I appreciated her and her family very much. I definitely have recommended Pension Mutti to my friends and I expect to visit the cozy place again.

Práctico, cómodo y agradable. Las sábanas súper suaves y el futón muy cómodo. Aire acondicionado y purificador de aire individual muy útil. El funcionamiento del check in y check out bien explicado. Ofrecía bicis gratuitas (aunque no las utilicé). La casa tiene buena energía :-). He estado muy a gusto.

La Pension Entre - deux - Mers se encuentra en Hachimantai, a 14 km de la estación de esquí de Appi Kogen, y ofrece bar, jardín y wifi gratis. We stayed here for one night on the 1st of Jan 2024.Absolutely loved this cosy hotel run by the sweetest old couple. The best part about it is that it’s decorated with souvenirs from all over the world.

タカマス民宿 se encuentra en Ōtsuchi, a 10 km de Estadio Kamaishi Recovery Memorial, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratis. I stayed longer than I intended. The little town radiates peacefullness. And so does this guesthouse. I felt so comfortable and respected here. I was so perfectly treated I just wanted to stay longer. I actually did. And I want to go back. Live at the end of the world again, feel that small measure of peace again.

We liked the wooden finish feeling and architecture of the whole house. It was well heated inside with cozy rooms, and dining area is so beautiful.
