This was a great location and new and sparkling clean accommodation. Owners/staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and convenient.

The owners are so kind and welcoming! They showed me good restaurants and sight seeing places in the area. The restaurants were insanely delicious (Garaku, country time and marumado bakery).

Situated just 26 km from Mishima Shrine, ゲストハウス 西村サイクル（24C） features accommodation in Izume with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. The host was so friendly and accommodating. we wished we had stayed here for more than a day. The kids were so attracted to the Atari TV game console and it brought back such fond memories for us. House was super clean and modern, and well equipped. we loved the comfort of sleeping on plush futons in the tatami bedrooms. Unit was only 3 minutes from a huge super mart. Highly recommended.

This little traditional japanese house were very charming and very comfortable. The location is pretty remote and I loved it. I would highly recommend!

Cinnamon Guesthouse Dogo opnaði árið 2015 og býður upp á svefnsali fyrir konur og blandaða svefnsali með ókeypis WiFi. Dogo Onsen-lestarstöðin er í 4 mínútna göngufjarlægð. The host was a very warm and kind individual. Would love to come back just to talk to him more. He was super helpful and me figuring out where to go once I found out the Dogo Onsen was under construction and fully booked. Which to be honest, was confusing as I think the Dogo Onsen website specifically mentions there are no reservations. Location was perfect, literally around the corner from Dogo Onsen, a few other onsens and the shopping area with good souvenir/clothes shops and good restaurants.

Cyclo No Ie er staðsett í innan við 17 km fjarlægð frá Henjou-in-hofinu og 18 km frá Kawara-safninu. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sameiginlegu baðherbergi í Imabari. Perfect location, right at the end/start of the Shimanami Kaido bicycle route and as close to the train station as it gets. Comfortable facilities. Very helpful host.

敷島旅館, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is set in Saijo, 31 km from Henjou-in Temple, 32 km from Kawara Museum, as well as 32 km from Kawaranofurusato Park. The house is beautiful and clean, we had a great time. Above all, the two hosts are fantastic, really always attentive and kind. You can really feel the care for others. Good dinners too! You can enjoy the interior better if you have a car rather than a train. Or if you ride a bike

Set 1.5 km from Matsuyama castle, 1.6 km from Miyukiji Temple and 1.9 km from Yasaka Temple, 道後の家 features accommodation located in Matsuyama. I loved the space it has. The rooms are very clean and fresh. It is actually a whole Japanese house with beautiful details, you really feel like being a local - the owner has a great sense of detail. You can see it in the clean tatami floor. The owner can also be reached at any time which is very nice. The parking space was also a great bonus. Ah, its on walking distance from the Dogo Onsen and has a supermarket around the corner (the owner even has suggestions written down where to eat and go to) - all in all a perfect place should you want to stay in Matsuyama

SALT HOUSE er staðsett í Kinoura, 43 km frá Saikon-ji-hofinu og 46 km frá Saikokuji-hofinu. Boðið er upp á sameiginlega setustofu og útsýni yfir hljóðláta götu. A fantastic place to stay while exploring the islands or completing the Shimanami Kaido. The house has everything you need for an excellent stay.

Guesthouse Farmor - Vacation STAY 15083v er staðsett í Imabari, 37 km frá Senkoji-hofinu, 38 km frá listasafninu MOU Onomichi City University Art Museum og 38 km frá Jodoji-hofinu. We stayed here half way on the Shimanami Kaido. The host drove us to a absolutely beautiful onsen / bath house nearby, perfect after a days biking. She then made a reservation and dropped us off at a restaurant, one of the best meals we had in our trip. The accomodation is super spacious, clean and homely! A lovely breakfast was prepared before starting our second day. I could not recommend enough, we would definitely stay again if we come back.
