A recently renovated property, Affittacamere Casa Lilibet is located in San Benedetto del Tronto near San Benedetto Beach, Sabya Beach and San Benedetto del Tronto. It is set 38 km from Piazza del Popolo and provides an ATM. The guest house features family rooms. The breakfast at the coffee shop was much appreciated and very good!! Nice spots.

She also sent me the bus schedule for Sirolo and suggested alternative accommodation for one night when I had to arrive in Sirolo a day early and her place was already booked.

The nearest airport is Marche Airport, 51 km from the guest house. The room was bigger than I expected. We had a fridge in the room. We had an excellent view of Macerata Hills. Our breakfast was very nice. Fruits and vegetables were fresh and tasty. I liked generous plates of salad they served for lunch. You have a discount at the restaurants with the same owners. That was my favourite. You can have anything for breakfasts -- fruit salads, croissants, omelets, sandwiches, fresh juice. That was terrific and different from Rome where they served only a cup of coffee and one croissant for breakfast. People were friendly. The position of the cafe and restaurant was strategic -- you can watch the magic with the city tower clock at the certain time.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Each room is equipped with a balcony with city views and free WiFi. The apartment is located in the city center. There is a very beautiful view from the balcony to the central street in the evening. The apartment is perfectly clean with everything you need. The price of the room includes breakfast in a cozy cafe nearby. We had a great time here. I highly recommend it.
