One of the best guest house of my entire life ,the rooms were perfect and clean,the services was perfect,specially the owner and her wife were very friendly....would like to recommend this place for the stay for all of my colleagues.

Renata was very accommodating, allowing me to check-in early. She also sent me the bus schedule for Sirolo and suggested alternative accommodation for one night when I had to arrive in Sirolo a day early and her place was already booked.

From the moment we arrived the hotel manager was outstanding. She couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect . They offer a really good fresh breakfast at their bar/coffee shop. The bedroom was absolutely perfect and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in a perfect location. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was.

The house is perfecty located: just a few step to the centro storico and less then 50m to a free and big public parking. Our room is very spacious and it has all the facility we'd need. Our bathroom is huge and spotless clean. Matteo is a fantastic host, very thoughtful and very helpful.
