I needed a simple room for one night in that area of Pesaro, so I booked this accommodation thinking it might be a room in someone’s house. Technically, it is, but it has a private entrance and is so much more than just a room. The bedroom and ensuite bath were perfect… clean, well appointed, very comfortable. And, as a bonus, the owner was very nice and accommodating. Everything was just perfect.

Fabulous hosts, who gave brilliant information and spoke English well in spite of my poor Italian. Breakfast was laid out on the terrace at the exact time I requested it. Beutifully kept with a huge area to it surrounded in a quiet picturesque Italian backdrop of vineyards and open fields and not too far from Fano or the sea.
A lovely appartment and a very kind host in a town and surroundings worth visiting.
We appreciated the very warm welcome with treats, water and cold wine, but also very much the immediate feeling of finding ourselfes at home due to the comfertable inrichting and the quiet location eventhough we were only a minutes walk away from, grocery shops, weekly market and beach. Also a lot of signseeing possible not more than a half hour drive away.
I would certainly recommend it, and would go back myself.

The place is lovely, the apartment has everything you need, the decoration is super cozy and the host is amazing! Fresh fruits, breakfast with fresh brioches, very good cofffe and many other nice surprises! I super recommend 😍
Francesca is a great host! He welcomed us very warmly - there were some drinks and snacks waiting for us at the kitchen as well as other basic facilities.

The apartments located in a quiet residential area, approximately 3 minutes bicycle ride from the city center and 7-8 minutes from the beach. It is very modern and tastefully decorated. It has a huge terrace with several amenities. The absolute highlight however is the host and the breakfast they serve. I fully recommend to anyone who is looking for top quality and a very nice host.
