It is situated less than 1 km from Cavour Metro Station and offers a lift. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Everything was just great! And lady who rules the house is amazing! Ciao♥️ Don’t hesitate to book it. It’s the best money/facilities deal. We’re going to spend another time here again 100%!

From the very beginning, the wonderful Loris was in touch on whatsapp. We received full instructions. Getting into the rooms was like completing a quest, everything was thought out and comfortable. the location is very convenient. were at the beginning of March, and although they promised rain it was idial. Highly recommended.

The guest house features family rooms. very helpful staff, very clean, amazing location, comfortable mattresses, nespresso coffee machine for morning espressos, reasonable walk from Roma termini to hotel, direct taxi pick up outside the entrance of the hotel to airport and travel time was 30 min (set and reasonably priced) lots of restaurants within walking distance (we asked for recommendations and were very happy with our meal)

The staff was so friendly, the room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet and the location was unbeatable. Having a safe elevator was a perk and the breakfast, made to order and included in the stay, was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Very comfortable apartment in a great area. Our charming host Silvio had all the answers and plenty of suggestions to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Bus stop right outside takes you to Colosseum and into city centre and there are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet and extremely safe. The apartment is super charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was quiet and dark. The host welcomed us to hand over the keys and gave us several tips on nearby restaurants and attractions. Very friendly and attentive. Great location. I would stay in the same apartment again without thinking twice
The guest house has a great location, just 5 minutes on foot from "Re di Roma" metro station. There is also a bus stop in front of the house with buses going to the city center and to the Termini station. The host was very nice and helpful, she gave us numerous tips regarding restaurants with local food, transportation, etc. There is a well-equipped kitchen in the guest house, the wi-fi connection was also good. We would definitely stay here again.
Alex is such a great host! He gave us all the details regarding the city, restaurants and location we might have needed. The location is great as well, it takes 20-30 minutes of walking to reach the city centre, which makes the location more quiet and less touristic

Gianluca was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at a great location close to the city centre and a metro nearby, with very clean and cosy rooms and an amazing breakfast. Definitely worth staying here!
The best feature about my stay here, was definitly our host Laura and the location of the b&b. Laura was verry helpful with tips and information and easily reachable! 35 minute walk from the centrum but bus and train was close by. As was mini markets, a pharmacy and great restaurants! The accomodations was also good. A quiet area and the other residents of the building did not make a lot of noise or disturbances. A market near by with fresh fruit and vegetables and reused cheap clothing as well!
It was a really lovely stay. The guest house is in a great location and you can walk to all the Sightseeing sights easily. Out room was quite big and even had air conditioning and a little balcony, which we didn't expect. It was located to the a little courtyard which made it super quiet. We loved to sit there in the morning and evening. Anderson is a really great host. We could text him via what's app if we needed anything anytime.
