Everything was perfect. It was a very nice, cosy and clean room, with a jacuzzi and a bathroom. There's a shared kitchen with available coffee tea and breakfast. Lucio was very kind and offered to pick us up at the train station. All the staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful. It is very close to the beach.

Everything in the B&B is new and working properly. Rooms are a decent size and bathrooms are very spacious with generous size walk in showers. The common area has an espresso machine and each guest receives a daily complementary espresso capsule to enjoy at their leisure, along with a small pastry and 2 small bottles of water. There is a table in the common area that can be used for a quick meal or a coffee break. The cleaning lady, Simona, is very nice and kind and keeps everything super clean. The host, Maria Antonietta, is not on site but is available for any questions via WhatsApp. She is ready to help for any situation or concern that the guests might have. I really enjoyed my stay at Nimar Suite!

Marco and the staff took really good care of me. Marco went above and beyond, helping me with good information and tips about my onward travel through the region.
The room was great too , bigger than I needed, with a comfy bed, clean sheets and towels, a huge clean bathroom and a great big balcony with a wonderful view.
There was also a very clean kitchen.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It's a lovely short walk to the beach. Lovely coffee shop just opposite, and there's a few pizzerias dotted around nearby. Supermarket is very convenient. The host was wonderful. Loved using the kitchen, there were plenty of utensils, and the outdoor sitting area was lovely as well. I highly recommend this apartment, and I will definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely place to stay. The accommodation has been refurbished to a high standard and is extremely comfortable.
The hosts were so friendly, and made sure we weren't lost by coming to meet us. Formia is a charming little town, with a delightful labyrinth of alleys in the old part. It made an excellent staging post for us, travelling from the south to the north by train, because the railway comes back to the sea here before making its way inland again. The flat is very close to the station.
Great hosts. Exceptional delicious breakfast. Very romantic Mountain View (nice surprise for us was cows with ring bells in the mountains). Clean and comfortable room.
