The cleanliness of the room and the location. Short walk to Vatican City, Castel St Angelo, and St Peter Basilica. We also walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza del Popolo. Many cafes are just outside the hotel. Aline, staff at St Peter Manor, gave very clear instructions for the auto checkin and was very fast in responding to our questions.

Featuring a bar, Roma Central Guest House is a guest house set in a historic building in the centre of Rome, close to Santa Maria Maggiore. It is situated less than 1 km from Cavour Metro Station and offers a lift. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Everything was just great! And lady who rules the house is amazing! Ciao♥️ Don’t hesitate to book it. It’s the best money/facilities deal. We’re going to spend another time here again 100%!

This property is located in a nice neighbourhood, close to the Vatican (10 min), but still calm and secure, with different restaurantes and delicious bakeries. The staff was super nice and helpful. The place was clean and it has AC, very important during summer in Rome. It was really confortable for a family group. I really recommend San Pietro Rooms 84!!

The property has garden and city views, and is 400 metres from Pantheon. The guest house features family rooms. very helpful staff, very clean, amazing location, comfortable mattresses, nespresso coffee machine for morning espressos, reasonable walk from Roma termini to hotel, direct taxi pick up outside the entrance of the hotel to airport and travel time was 30 min (set and reasonably priced) lots of restaurants within walking distance (we asked for recommendations and were very happy with our meal)

The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino Airport, 15 km from the property. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was so friendly, the room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet and the location was unbeatable. Having a safe elevator was a perk and the breakfast, made to order and included in the stay, was delicious and a great way to start the day.
