Every morning they provide the guests with coffee and delicious waffles! Also, it's not very far from the Golden Circle attractions.

Lækjaborgir Guesthouse is located in Kálfafell, 26 km east of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Love the small cottage we stayed in. It has everything you need and you can park your car next to it so it’s easy for us to being our stuff from the cat to the cottage. Bonus: we saw aurora for the first time here right on top of the cottage!

Parking right in front and easy access with code to key. We absolutely loved it. Very quiet with only bird sounds. Best place we stayed while in Iceland.

This was an excellent place to stay very close to Vik and the famous Game of Thrones black beach (and also close to the Vik black beach of course). We got to see an amazing clear sky and the Northern lights during the night as well as a wonderful view through our window in the morning. The studios were great, equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and they have complimentary tea and coffee. Definitely recommend staying there!

This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. Love this charming place! The breakfast is nice and the staff really cares about doing a good job. I highly recommend this place.

Host was super nice, there's free (and good!) coffee and ice, some tea as well as sugar etc. in the kitchen. It's clear the owner is all about guest satisfaction.
