The hotel is managed by a lovely couple - Unnur and Ingi, and they were both very helpful and kind during our stay. Every morning they provide the guests with coffee and delicious waffles! Also, it's not very far from the Golden Circle attractions.

Situated in Vík and only 22 km from Skogafoss Waterfall, Hvammból Guesthouse features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This was an excellent place to stay very close to Vik and the famous Game of Thrones black beach (and also close to the Vik black beach of course). We got to see an amazing clear sky and the Northern lights during the night as well as a wonderful view through our window in the morning. The studios were great, equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and they have complimentary tea and coffee. Definitely recommend staying there!

Although I stayed only for one night, it felt like home to me! Our host is exceptionally service oriented and her attention to details is mind blowing. Everything is so clean and well organized.
