Dinner based on local produce, such as smoked lamb and trout, is also served here. Second time here and everything was as perfect as I remembered. Great local food and breakfast.

Would recommend to everyone, its a bit off the road but feels like home, it is very spacious and well kept! For the price it is 10/10!

At the guest house, every unit has bed linen and towels. Very beautiful location as they all seem to be in Iceland with everything you would need. There is a kitchen with every tools you need to cook, living room where multiple people can eat and everything was very well designed and maintained. The rooms are at the first floor with 2 shared bathrooms but since it is a wooden house you might need to be careful not to disturb other travelers. We found only 1 room for 4 people but it was excellent and I had a very good sleep. Everything was clean and well maintained which I appreciated. The entire house was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay at this amazing guesthouses which I definitely recommend.

Every was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the hot tub with the view on the mountains. We could cook our own meal.

Everything about this home was amazing and truly a relaxing environment. The house is huge with plenty of space for everyone to breathe. Plus there was a very fancy coffee maker and waffle maker which was such a nice treat. My only regret is that we didn't stay here longer as we did an overnight on the way to Akureyri. You MUST stay here. Its simply a wonder home.

It was warm, clean, and very comfortable, the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the area of Myvatn. The host made us feel very welcome. We very much enjoyed the well-equiped kitchen. A nice surprise was that our host made freshly baked banana bread. We really felt home here and would definitely recommend this place to other travellers!
