The view was lovely and the host was so friendly. The house is very well made and it is all new and with great taste. Spacious bathroom with a great shower. The most we liked the well equipped kitchen where we could make our own dinner.

Tjörn is a recently renovated guest house in Hvammstangi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property features mountain and garden views. Best place we stayed in all of iceland doing the ring road! Would recommend to everyone, its a bit off the road but feels like home, it is very spacious and well kept! For the price it is 10/10!

Very beautiful location as they all seem to be in Iceland with everything you would need. There is a kitchen with every tools you need to cook, living room where multiple people can eat and everything was very well designed and maintained. The rooms are at the first floor with 2 shared bathrooms but since it is a wooden house you might need to be careful not to disturb other travelers. We found only 1 room for 4 people but it was excellent and I had a very good sleep. Everything was clean and well maintained which I appreciated. The entire house was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay at this amazing guesthouses which I definitely recommend.

Set in Sauðárkrókur, Karuna Guesthouse offers accommodation with a sauna and a hot tub. The property has mountain and garden views. The shared spaces (common room, kitchen and bathrooms) were really good and well furnished. Every was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the hot tub with the view on the mountains. We could cook our own meal.

Set in Hvammstangi, Túnfífill Guesthouse - free hot tub and sauna, cozy and quiet offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot tub and a steam room. The property features garden and inner courtyard views.... Everything about this home was amazing and truly a relaxing environment. The house is huge with plenty of space for everyone to breathe. Plus there was a very fancy coffee maker and waffle maker which was such a nice treat. My only regret is that we didn't stay here longer as we did an overnight on the way to Akureyri. You MUST stay here. Its simply a wonder home.

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. We loved this place. It was warm, clean, and very comfortable, the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the area of Myvatn. The host made us feel very welcome. We very much enjoyed the well-equiped kitchen. A nice surprise was that our host made freshly baked banana bread. We really felt home here and would definitely recommend this place to other travellers!
