What truly stood out was that, at the time of our visit, we were the only guests, granting us the entire house to ourselves. However, even if we had shared the space with others, it wouldn't have been an issue at all, given the spaciousness of the property. The house itself is incredibly roomy, boasting two generously sized bathrooms and a total of four bedrooms. The bed we slept in was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. But what truly left us in awe was the interior design. Everything within the guesthouse appeared to be brand new, and the decor was not only welcoming but also exquisitely beautiful. We found ourselves inspired by the interior design and have even taken some ideas back home with us for our own living space. In summary, our stay at this guesthouse was a remarkable experience. The warm reception, spacious accommodations, and stunning interior design all contributed to an unforgettable visit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch guesthouse experience.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Hallormsstaður, Mjóanes accommodation is a guest house surrounded by views of the lake. Ovo je nadmašilo naša očekivanja. Bili smo 11 noći na Islandu i ovaj smještaj je bio daleko najbolji. Iznajmili smo dvije sobe s upotrebom kuhinje i dijeljenom kupaonom. Dobili smo dvije prekrasne i velike sobe, opremljenu kuhinju, pripremljen aparat za kavu, pun frižider na raspologanju i dvije kupaone. Na etaži je još jedna jednokrevetna soba koja je bila popunjena, ali nam osoba nije smetala. Vrlo vrlo gostoljubiva gospođa koja nas je dočekala te nam pokazala koliko mogu biti topli ljudi u ovoj relativno hladnoj državi.

Very nice clean rooms. Unlike many other hotels hosted in a house, this really felt like it was designed with the idea of a real hotel in mind. The rooms were nice decorated. Even rooms without a separate bathroom had their own sinks which helped A LOT.
