Had an amazing stay at Toba Boi, staff were very friendly and helpful. You have the ability to rent a scooter at reception, which makes it so much easier to explore the island. No complaints.

Best thing about this hotel are the views. Once you open the door of your room, you’re greeted by an impressive view of Lake Toba. It appears to be a new hotel, so the room and furnishings were new and clean. Location was fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to the water, so the ferry from Parapat can drop you off right at the hotel pier and pick you up from the same place. There are great restaurants nearby. I strongly recommend Coffee 2 Go across the street for breakfast and coffee, and Rosalie’s Beer Garden and Restaurant a 5-min walk away for lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and helpful, though not all of them speak English.

The first of many positives was the owner coming to pick me up at the dock. He came back because I had a big suitcase. After spending one night at Juma Cottages, I extended my booking for one more week. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Lake Toba. I strongly recommend Juma to anyone.

Marintan was the most welcoming host. Got there at 9am and was able to check in early at no additional cost. Location is great as the ferry drops you off very close by. All our needs were met with incredible care and attention including when I got stung by a hornet and she provided some lotion and reassurance. The food was also exceptionally good. Can't recommend this place.

Highly recommended in house restaurant has good view of the lake and serves delicious food at a reasonable price. Drinking water can be replenished at the restaurant. Wifi works well in the property. Scooter available on site. Property can also arrange transport out of Lake Toba to various destinations. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Clean room is huge with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is big. Room has shelving racks and seating area (both indoors and outdoors). Sufficient power socket available on both sides of the bed.

The room its super nice with wood floor, clean and big. Hot shower, comfy bed. The Restaurant/Coffee/Bar upstairs its fantastic, its nice decorated and done. You have a spectacular view to the Lake. Its peacefull, very good food and Drinks and super nice and lovely Owners. We would definitly come back here!

Marine activities possible from Gokhon. Restaurants, a supermaket nearby. very clean , wifi, hot shower available always. I had an amazing stay here.

Objekat Hisar Guest House je smešten u gradu Tuk Tuk i nudi vrt. Na raspolaganju je terasa, a gosti takođe mogu da koriste besplatan WiFi i besplatan privatni parking. The hosts were fantastic, they made us feel home. We drove around the island with Hisar and it was really great. The view from the room was magic, especially at sunset and sunrise. There is an access for swimming into the lake which is cool. Thank you Hisar and Lasta, wame will never forget you and Lake Toba!
