Within walking distance to all eating places. If you want to eat in, make sure to book well in advance. Otherwise take your meal to the guest house, they provide plate and cutlery.

The Trout Fly Guest House offers accommodation in the centre of Port Ellen, minutes from the ferry terminal and only 3 miles from our local airport. The hosts here go above and beyond for their guests’ comfort, with personalised service and perfect atmosphere and attitude. Nothing could’ve been improved!

Glenegedale House offers accommodation in Glenegedale and is situated 5 miles from Port Ellen and 6 miles from Bowmore. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. The property was well situated to be able to to easily tour the Isle of Islay. The Glenegedale House is set-up so that you can either socialize with other guests or maintain your privacy. Graeme and Emma are amazing hosts who look after all of your needs. On top of that the breakfast and the dinner served by them was by far the best food we have eaten in recent memory.
