Great location, close enough to the ferry terminal yet far enough away for it to be very quiet. Alan was an excellent host and made the whole stay an absolute pleasure. The breakfast was first class, plenty of choice with quality ingredients used throughout.

Charlotte was a great host; when I had issues with my ferry, she reassured me I'd still be able to check in and got it all set up for me to arrive late! She was also very approachable to ask about Arran generally and cooked a full breakfast for us each morning (much needed pre the long hikes). Room was really charming, with blackout blinds, lovely comfy bed and a nice size and amenities like tea/coffee, desk, mirrors, lots of plug sockets.

Greeted by two friendly & welcoming hosts. Superbly cooked breakfast (dinners also smelled amazing however we did not ever dine in the evening - wish we had). Beautiful, quiet & quaint location, ideal for those that love scenery and to be surrounded by nature.
