Featuring a garden and views of inner courtyard, The Cairns Leven is a recently renovated guest house located in Fife, 27 km from St Andrews University. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance whether it's the bus station restaurants shops or the beach. I throughly enjoyed relaxing on the front porch of the Cairns and watching the ocean. Michelle is an attentive and wonderful host. Couldn not have asked for a better place to stay.

Immaculately done up and maintained. Luxurious & comfortable. Beautiful views from bedroom window. Breakfast was served by lovely staff in the little dining room. Great location. Parking was handy as well. Highly recommend.

Mark was so kind that he not only booked a restaurant for dinner for us but also came to drop us. Great room with all the facilities. Couldn’t have asked for more

It is a lovely situated Inn at the east coast. Between st. Andrews and Crail. It has a nice little pub that’s not noisy at all but very authentic. At the bar we met great local people and were made very welcome. The owners are a great couple and make any stay worth it 100% It was very clean and well organized. The bed is super comfy The breakfast is exceptional.
