I loved the location and the gorgeous look of place, dry quaint. Outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy gardens. Dry well kept guest house really excellent . Loved my stay at Hilton Farm Steadings. Lovely and clean with a beautiful new well equipped kitchen. Lots of nice and thoughtful touches ( lovely christmas decorations ) and the hosts were very helpful, Had a good shower in the wetroom and bed was very comfortable. Nice and peaceful area perfect for a quieter break. Car parking was fine as there is a car park for the cottages. Cottage is located on the outskirts of Rosyth. A short drive to ferrytoll Park and ride for easy access to Edinburgh City centre. Would highly recommend .

The cottage is very quaint . Beautifully decorated . We loved the bedroom being up above the living area. Two very spacious, immaculate bathrooms, the shower was very good. Thank you for the added supplies of toiletries, cleaning equipment & teas & coffees , a really great touch. The addition of logs for the fire was appreciated on such a dreech day! The breakfast was the best we've had over the years and nothing was to much trouble. The hosts were excellent. Great location for areas away fromkinghorn within easy time scales. The train journey was cheap and great viewing into Edinburgh.
Ruby Suite ( room 1) was exceptional. Spacious (over 190 square feet) with sleeping and dining areas, a great wardrobe and coffee area with sofa and tv and gorgeous huge bathroom. Very quiet at that end of the hotel even though several weddings hosted during our visit. Great location. Edinburgh is 20 minutes by train from nearby Kirkcaldy. Fine dining Grande restaurant was superb!
This place was just perfect for our need. Fiona and Allan we great hosts! The check in was easy, Fiona took the time to explain everything and in no time we were settled in. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices, fresh fruits and all, prepared by Fiona, it was delicious and plenty. The place and the room were kept in top shap, clean and as seen on the internet site. Fiona and Allan make you feel at home. Thank you for your hospitality, we definatly recommand your place.
