Just a few steps from Anstruther’s harbour and marina, with views over the Firth of Forth, The Waterfront offers 4-star bed and breakfast accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Everything and everyone was exceptional and all was very clean and lovely, the rooms where very nice and our floor was just our little group so that was nice too. The room was also very peacefull and very quiet. The bed was most comfy! The food in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) where also super delicious and the restaurant staff delightful. Will come back asap! Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

Featuring a garden and views of quiet street, The Cairns Leven Fife is a recently renovated guest house located in Fife, 27 km from St Andrews University. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and linen crisp and fresh. We had a lovely stay and the dining room is a nice idea as you can use it to work and to warm up your food. You can get a take out and eat there. Parking across the road in the public parking for guests. Restaurant and high street within easy walking distance.

Our experience at The Dundonald surpassed all expectations. Laura, our host, was not only an excellent communicator but also incredibly caring. From the moment we entered the establishment, we were greeted by a relaxed and beautiful ambiance that carried through to our room. Candlelight and soft music playing in the background. The interior design, furniture, and art on display were so impressive that they could easily grace the pages of a prominent magazine. It was truly a stunning space, and every detail had been meticulously thought out. Breakfast was a personal and delightful experience, with delicious food that left us wanting more. We would highly recommend The Dundonald to anyone and hope to have the opportunity to return for a longer stay in the future. Additionally, the town of Culross added to our overall enjoyment, providing an interesting experience of its own.

Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. this place exceeded our expectations, the rooms were beautifully done, a complimentary quick breakfast and snacks provided, and the staff, the gentleman who checked us in, and served us at the pub was wonderful, actually thought he was the owner. would recommend this place

The Ship Inn is located in Elie, 36 km from Edinburgh and 45 km from Perth. The inn has a terrace and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The Ship Inn features free WiFi. We were here to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday and have to say it was perfect. My wife was made to feel special from walking into the Ship to leaving 3 days later. Olly was amazing and even when we got drenched on a walk on the Saturday, we came back for a mulled wine and they’d sold out so he went off and had some made for us. Nothing was a problem. The breakfast and dinner staff were brilliant and just let us stay at the same table throughout our stay. The bar staff were also really nice and I was always asked if we’d had a good day and what did we get up to. I cannot fault the service and the food.

The host is personable and welcoming and obviously cares for his location. The area is safe and easy to locate - very central. Room and bathroom are so clean and comfortable and have nice touches.
