Breakfast was delicious and provided with courtesy and a smile. On-site parking was conveniently outside the rear door. Directions emailed prior to our arrival were invaluable. We stayed overnight and could not have felt more welcome! The rooms were incredibly nice and clean, we really appreciated the small details to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was amazing (!!) and Keith catered a beautiful vegan meal for one of us. He was so friendly, attentive and shared many fun anecdotes with us. We were also given advice for where to eat and what to do in and around Largs. Would love to visit again and will definitely recommend to friends!

Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Every room was different and extremely clean, and anytime I thought I needed something it was right at hand. All the restaurants were nearby to walk to. The nearby park for kids was perfect. The cheerful owner had a fluffy companion that we got to cuddle. This home would be a great place to stay for several days.

All rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities and a cosy seating area. Breakfast was excellent. The room was stunning, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This Victorian guest house is set just 15 minutes’ walk from the seafront, and free public parking is possible on site and all around the property. The B&B was lovely. Decore was fresh and the rooms were very clean. Host gave us a friendly welcome and was very helpful with information on taxi’s and restaurants. Would gladly book again.
