They have 2 amazing dogs, we got the chance to play with them. The bathroom is exceptional and the room was comfortable. It's a perfect place to stay, if you're around. Last but not least the breakfast was delicious and enough.

Belfry of the Saint-Eloi's Church, Dunkerque is 9.3 km from the guest house, while LAAC Contemporary Art Museum is 11 km away. The nearest airport is Ostend - Bruges International Airport, 54 km from Les chambres Berguoises Superbe Chambre au coeur de Bergues. The location was in a traditional French small town street. Parking was possible fairly close. The room was fantastic, beautifully decorated but with modern bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet. The other facilities and areas were also beautiful. Philippine the owner was also lovely, even when we arrived very late thanks to problems with the ferries, her English was excellent which was a relief as my French and Dutch is very basic. The kitchen/dining room area was lovely and there was a courtyard which we used one night to have supper. Dunkirk and all of the WW1/2 activities were a very short drive away and Berguoises itself was beautiful.

The three course meal was very good and conveniently served soon after our arrival.
