Excellent location, close to transport and services. Quiet neighborhood despite being close to the city center. Private parking is available. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped house. The host is very kind, gave several tips about the area and always answered any questions.
We felt very well cared for. Our hosts made the common space a welcoming place, with plenty of basic cooking necessities and outdoor as well as indoor tables. The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice and drinks. Our room was cozy and quiet. The neighbourhood is calm and the park nearby is spectacular. This impeccably clean house is ecologically constructed and heated, even the shower head is an experience of water conservation in comfort. We were very happy with our stay.

It is located in a quieter neighborhood but not too far to be able to visit Roubaix and Lille.
Camille and William are very gracious and helpful hosts, they gave us advice on what to visit and on our first night there Camille had suggested a few restaurants nearby for us to eat and even reserved a table for us.
The breakfast was very tasty, the rooms were neat and comfortable and the interior of the building is very charming and beautiful!
