La Villa Saimaan Sydän está situada frente a la playa de Puumala y cuenta con salón compartido y jardín. Desde el precioso jardín hay una zona de parrilla/chimenea. Very friendly and welcoming hosts who were keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible which it was. The place was environmentally friendly and provided a self-service breakfast which was well laid out and and plentiful without creating unnecessary food waste. We stayed in the "Glamping" tent which had spare blankets and umbrellas available if needed. A clean outdoor bio toilet was available nearby as well as full use of the indoor toilets, showers, sauna, TV room which was just a little further distance away.

El Wanha Neuvola Questhouse fue construido en 1948 y ha sido renovado en 2014. Very friendly communication about check in procedures. Very thoughtful and practical organizing and facilities. Loved the sauna, breakfast room and back garden. Short walk to station, restaurants, Poleeni culture building and to lakeside walk

Idyllic upstairs apartment with two bedrooms está en Joensuu y ofrece jardín. Pensión dispone de estacionamiento privado gratis y wifi gratis. Everything was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the cosiest places we've ever stayed in, and it truly felt like home for the three nights that we spent there. There were so many things that were free to use whilst we were there too, which was very rare! Coco, the dog, was there to greet us too. Very cute! It was especially convenient that we had access to bicycles too, and everything in Joensuu was within a good distance to the apartment. If you like pizza, I ate the best pizza I've ever eaten in Finland at Pauliina Pizzeria, just a few minutes away. Hope to come back again! Kiitos hyvin paljon.

El Kotomo Oy se encuentra en Paltamo, Kotolinna, y ofrece jardín, zona de parrilla y terraza. Cuenta con cocina compartida, salón compartido y wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. The whole town is in the middle of nowhere, even by Finnish standards. But then again, this is probably the appeal :) There is a train stop though on the Helsinki-Kuopio-Oulu line for Paltamo, which is about a 10 minute walk prom the property. There are big stores and a petrol station too nearby, and of course the river and the lake, which are beautiful. You can swim too, if you want. The property is a large and fairly luxurious private home by appearance, divided into some private bedrooms and generously large common areas, like kitchen and bathroom. All very clean at the time of my visit.

El hostal Jokiniemen Matkailu está situado junto al lago Onkivesi, a 12 km de Alapitkä. We loved that our room in this cosy B&B had a stunning lake view, a patio to enjoy it from and a very nice and modern bathroom. No noise and a lot of nature. Friendly owners. We hope to come back some time.

Este bed and breakfast está situado junto a la estación de tren de Kuopio y ofrece conexión wifi gratis, cafetería y una pequeña tienda. this was like a time warp from the 1950s in every way - music played, friendliness and approachability of staff, service, everything. Even the fact that they were essentially "closed" on sunday. if you want to travel back in time but not compromise on comfort go to cafe asema.

El Landhaus Kekkola se encuentra en Mikkeli, a 14 km de Golf-Porrassalmi y a 15 km del centro de viajes Visulahti. Algunas habitaciones tienen balcón con vistas al mar. La sauna y el entorno un bosque y lago precioso. Cenamos allí en un comedor de verano y todo estupendo

El Raate Guest House se encuentra en Suomussalmi. Este bed and breakfast sirve un desayuno continental y sin gluten todas las mañanas. The staff were really friendly and ready to help with anything. We got straight to the sauna in the evening. They were also ready to make lunch if needed.
