It was a lovely location, 1.5 miles from a gorgeous beach and next to a cycle track. The beds were comfortable. The room was beautiful in its rustic style and the host prepared a lovely little breakfast that even had a good vegan choice.

Peaceful location in lovely grounds. Not a standard hotel - a bit more communal (unforced) eg all eat dinner at 6 pm with a focus on finding peace and slowing down . Many rooms to read and study in. The manager showed us around and explained the concept even though we were really just passing through. Also very good value for money by Danish standards

Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. It offers free Wi-Fi, tastefully decorated rooms and a gourmet restaurant. One wonders how close to paradise a hotel can come. Schackenborg Slotskro comes a very close! Yes its pricey, but its worth it if you can afford this luxury. Este apartamento de férias está situado na aldeia de Døstrup, a 5 km do Mar Wadden, no sudoeste da Jutlândia. The owners were fantastic and hospitable - they gave us a tour around the place and we could watch the feeding of animals - which was lovely! The hosts put a lot of heart into the farm and you can really see and feel it! Even though the farm has animals the room was very silent at night. The place is a renovated original farm building, which gives a very nice feeling... The bed is super comfortable, the place was warm, the shower worked and you even have a small but well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare a meal. We did not choose the breakfast option, so no opinion about that. The surroundings are great - you can have food or coffee outside at the table, and there are places to have a nice walk. Very close to Romo and Ribe.

Located in the southern Jutland town of Rødekro, this inn is 12 minutes’ drive from central Aabenraa. It offers free Wi-Fi and a restaurant with seasonal Danish cuisine. The location was ideal for our visit! A short walk to my Aunt’s house! The breakfast was amazing: huge selection of delicious food and drink! Take away dinner was very high quality and portions were large!
