Sønderborg Airport is an hour’s drive away. First time during our trip in Denmark we have so many vegetarian options during breakfast and during dinner. Super! It is a special place, with special atmosphere, completely quaiet, near the old medieval church with very interesting history. Very friedly and practical arrangement of the room. Absolutely quaiet.

Location is great and the room that we got was very spacious and lovely - we loved the old school vibes! The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows and warm covers. I appreciated the option to open windows and the blinds as I like to sleep in the dark. Breakfast didn’t have tons of options but all the staples were available; eggs, sausage, bacon, rolls + yoghurt and cereal and fresh fruit. No fresh juice but bottled drinks in several flavors were pretty good!

Set on a former stable with its own entrance, Fæbrogaard Apartment features rustic furnishings and exposed wooden beams. A flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station are found in the open-plan living room. It was a really nice and comfortable stay, with hens walking around freely. The children appriciated feeding the rabbits, and you could feel the old time farm atmosphere all over the place. The Staff was so warm and welcoming, so we will definately wisit again some other time!
