My recent two night stay was exceptional. The ocean view from the hostel was incredible and the food was delicious. The hosts were very friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay! Highly recommended!

Situated in Playa Blanca, Vista Linda Cabaña features free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. Perfect location on playa tranquila, the quieter side of playa blanca. Keep in mind that this is a popular day-use beach with no electrical connection or water mains. Electricity is provided by a generator when needed- this is RUSTIC, like going to cabin. That being said, Vista Linda was perfect. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and meal options, beautiful view of the Caribbean sea, and peaceful nights. Rosana and Manuel are fantastic hosts, who helped provide tours and excursions at fair prices and with charming locals. If you're looking for a rustic getaway on this popular beach, this cabana is a fantastic option.

Located in Playa Blanca, a few steps from Playa Blanca, SUNSET BEACH offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a bar. Great location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Pizzas were lovely but dinner was not so much. And spent only one night and think it’s a great value for money.

With sea views, Playa Tortuga Cabaña is situated in Playa Blanca and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden and sun terrace. The staff was super nice, Carlos is a good guest and he provide us food and utilities that we needed, super kind, and also de owner Daiber was so kind with us. Is a basic room but is in front of the beach, you sleep with the sound of the waves, so healthy and nice. I would recommend the night here for y'all

Boasting sea views, The Wizard & Bar BARU features accommodation with a bar and a balcony, around a few steps from Playa Blanca. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Great staff. David and Lili are great at making you feel at home. You don’t have to book anything previously (ex. Rosario islands trip, bioluminescent plankton, or anything else). Best way is to book directly with them, with better prices!

Situated in Playa Blanca, Posada nativa casa azul offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Playa Blanca and features various facilities, such as a private beach area and a bar. Very quiet place with an okay breakfast.

Facing the seafront in Playa Blanca, Mi Cabañita Guest House has a garden and a terrace. The property features sea and garden views, and is a few steps from Playa Blanca. This place was a real treat for me: the house is quite small, completely made on wood and hanging over the blue water, and just very cosy to be inside of. The hosts, Dianis and Macarena, are absolutely lovely :) For people to know, the WC facilities are quite basic (which totally didn't bother me): flushing is made with a water bucket and there's one shower without warm water (which is generally not needed under the caribbean heat). The breakfast is delicious, with a fair portion and quite diversed.

Hostal El Nido del Azulejo features accommodation in Baru. A public bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Very nice and interesting village. We had an amazing time on the tours with the senior of the hostel. The atmosphere at the hostel was always open and friendly. We’d stay there again.
