A recently renovated guest house, 3F Apartments offers accommodation in Leticia. This guest house provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Excepcional rooms. Very clean, had great A/C and a fan, good water pressure in showers. Even had a clothing rack to dry out wet clothes from jungle tours. Drinking water for free, and a cold fridge to store it, and instant coffee was available. Kitchen was kept very clear. Very friendly staff. The wifi was the most reliable we could find in town. Would highly recommend if looking for a cheaper option with great A/C.

Marine could speak good English which was very helpful for us and her husband and the other lady who worked there were also so nice and friendly. They offer lots of tours which we did three of. We really enjoyed them all, especially the one where we went to Peru and saw sloths!
