The manager (I think) speaks very well English and comminicative. Comfortable stay. Thanks to them my meeting here was quite successful.

Many thanks again to him !!! - Simply the best location you can have in Hangzhou: in the old city, close to the metro and famous shopping street ; but in a very quiet area. - Everything was clean and convenient.
