When I had a bad headache, he would buy me medicine because I was allergic to ibuprofen, which was available at the hotel. If you are vegetarian, don’t expect much from the breakfast, it’s not like the ones in hotels. However, there is bread, corn, rice, and egg. Still, if you want to experience the real Chinese way... this is it! I liked it very much! Don’t be afraid if your Chinese is as bad as mine, they speak comfortability with you via a translation App. Works perfect! My friend was picking me up and was an hour and a half delayed. No problem staying longer in the room, but at some point, I just wanted to wait in the lobby, and was pampered with a delicious tea for free. I want to say to the staff... You all are amazing people! Offering a garden and river view, Hetao B&B is located in Tongxiang, 2.1 km from Former Residence of Mao Dun and 3.2 km from Wuzhen Bus Station. Staff was very friendly. They helped me all they can. On rainy day they borrowed umbrella. When I forgot my adapter at home country they found an adapter. The manager (I think) speaks very well English and comminicative. Comfortable stay. Thanks to them my meeting here was quite successful.

I was very happy with my stay at MK Inn. The room and the entire place were comfortable, and Qing went out of her way to help. Santa Yunshe was a great location, a short walk from West Lake and other interesting and beautiful areas.

One staff member (among other assistance he gave me) extensively helped me sort my train ticket. Many thanks again to him !!! - Simply the best location you can have in Hangzhou: in the old city, close to the metro and famous shopping street ; but in a very quiet area. - Everything was clean and convenient.
