Still, if you want to experience the real Chinese way... this is it! I liked it very much! Don’t be afraid if your Chinese is as bad as mine, they speak comfortability with you via a translation App. Works perfect! My friend was picking me up and was an hour and a half delayed. No problem staying longer in the room, but at some point, I just wanted to wait in the lobby, and was pampered with a delicious tea for free. I want to say to the staff... You all are amazing people! One staff member (among other assistance he gave me) extensively helped me sort my train ticket. Many thanks again to him !!! - Simply the best location you can have in Hangzhou: in the old city, close to the metro and famous shopping street ; but in a very quiet area. - Everything was clean and convenient.
