Alex was an exceptional host. He was available whenever we contacted him. He was very helpful and answered all our questions including best routes to take to destinations. The room was beautiful, bathroom was spacious and clean. Amenities were as advertised. The common kitchen, living area were clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Location to metro, Brussels Central ( train station) and Grand Place was perfect!!!

Set in Brussels and only 3.8 km from Berlaymont, MAISON DES FLEURS offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The host was very nice and welcoming. The place was super clean and the location was so beautiful, walking distance to the metro station.

Offering quiet street views, Les Lofts d'Artistes is an accommodation located in Brussels, 1.1 km from Porte de Hal and 1.5 km from Palais de Justice. Les Lofts d'Artistes is a conglomerate of 8 (if I counted right) rooms, studios, and mini-apartments, that were created through a refurbishment of a former industrial building dating back to the late 1800s or early 1900s. It seems that they are managed by one of the real estate companies that are now offering their services to administrate short-term rentals across the larger cities of Europe. This is done in a smart way: One person from the management company will be your contact from the beginning to the end of your stay and provide you with all the information and support needed during this time. A very helpful approach, as you know who to turn to in any situation. I arrived with a late flight, but this was not a problem, as my contact, Aya, made sure that I got the number codes to the front for and for the key box that had the keys for my loft. The loft itself is nice, with quality furniture and a nice interior design. It is organized with a king-size bed and couch (together with a water heater, a coffee machine, and complementary coffee and tea) in one room and a large space for shower, toilet and washbasin in a second room. The little apartments, lofts, or rooms, that make up the Lofts d'Artistes, are arranged in two levels around a central staircase, with a large open kitchen in the center. I think that the original idea was to allow people to cook and have a nice time together, but this might have escalated in the past, and led to damage. So right now you can only use the fridge and the tableware, but you are not allowed to cook. What the kitchen provides, however, is access to complementary drinking water and soft drinks. Very nice to find, when you arrive late at night. There is also a little terrace that is accessible through the kitchen, and the idea of having an early breakfast outside in summer seems attractive. All in all, a nice design, a cozy environment, and good and accessible support. Thank you, Aya!

Located in Brussels, 600 metres from Horta Museum and 1.8 km from Palais de Justice, Louise Chatelain suites provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. The house is under renovation but it seemed the area we were given was all renovated so everything was pristine clean and nice. The house is very well located for public transport and has a couple of great eating shops nearby. But the highlight was the host, she was extremely responsive and courteous. She even gave additional discounts because the renovation work was not complete yet. But i loved the experience, everything was clean and new.

The breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations )) The room was well organised. Sophie (the host) was super kind and available :)

La Maison Haute guesthouse is located in the heart of historical Brussels, 950 metres away from the Grand Place, the Manneken Pis Statue and the city’s shopping district. The proprietor Sebastian had done over and beyond for his guests! The place was immaculate! Each floor has one room and each room was tastfully decorated! The whole staying experience was home away from home feeling!

Bxlroom offers rooms and a suite in a former medal-making workshop, only 5 minutes’ walk from Grand Place. It features modern décor with industrial touches and an intimate garden. I haven't met friendlier Host on any of my trips in the entire lifetime. It makes think that I have to re-estimate all the 10's rated properties from my previous trips, because this one deserves the highest score. In addition to the wonderful host (Edmund, I truly believe, you gave us the vibe), the apartment was cozy, spacey and very silent, despite being located at the central street. We've spent wonderful evenings on the terrace. Greenery (bamboo) and the Glowing Deer made the atmosphere. Our room had it's own kitchen, but there's also a shared one at the entrance to the living space of the community. You can't imagine what you can find there: starting from the "already usual" tea to breakfasts, milk, coffee, even fruits and freshly-baked croissants! You're not a tourist, but a long-awaited guest for true! This is definitely the best trip that we had in a last few years. Usually, we don't visit the same place/location/city during or long trips, but, one day, we will definitely come back here.

Boasting accommodation with a terrace, Evere home - Private room is situated in Brussels. It is located 5.5 km from Belgian Comics Strip Center and features private check-in and check-out. Gustav the host was extremely friendly and helpful, he made my stay such a pleasant one, he was very generous and accommodating in allowing me check out when I wanted and we had such lovely conversations through out my stay. I would definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Brusselles

Featuring accommodation with a terrace, Studio Alicia, idéalement situé is located in Brussels. Nice place, everything clean, comfortable, quiet area, nice neighborhood. Not far from the metro, also Uber is not that expensive in Brussels.

In the Anderlecht district of Brussels, close to Bruxelles-Midi, Brand new CAMELIA ROOM with private bathroom has a terrace and a washing machine. The location is just wonderful, we travelled to different cities, so having an apartment just a couple of minutes to get the Midi station, was convinient. The aparment was cute, clean and comfortable, kitchen very very well equiped. Everything worked properly, including wifi. The host was in touch all the time and very helpful. It was very pleasant stay 😊
