The apartment was very nice and stylish and offered everything we needed. Bed were comfortable, place was clean, complimentary coffee, tea and water was provided. Also communication with owner was perfect. The apartment is 600m from midi station so the access from airport eas very easy. We enjoyed our stay!

Featuring modernly designed guest rooms and a shop selling toiletries, this guest house also includes free Wi-Fi. 1-Sebastien is the best my wife and i have ever seen, he is helpful, attending to any request and in addition to that he makes the nicest eggs for breakfast haha 2-no lift but sebastien is always there to help with carrying the luggage 3-room clean, daily housekeeping 4-location is great, 3 min walk from bus station and around 10-15 from grand palace if u like to walk 5-room is big and wide you can place your luggage freely ( we had 4 ) 6-lights in the room were nice design ( a bit dim) but of you open the window it would be okay 7- good shower and good water pressure 8-towels changed daily 9-the lady that did the housekeeping was nice to re arrange our room and our cloth also without us asking that was nice 10-and again, sebastien is one of the nicest guys you will deal with, he has a soap shop dont miss the chance to pass by and check it. 11-free water,coffee and tea on the lounge room 👍🏻 12-room is as per the photos when you book

Great location within walking distance of the Parc du Cinquantenaire and the European quarter. It is also very well connected to the old city centre (less than 20 minutes away from Grande Place). The area is charming with a range of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We really appreciated the hair dryer and hair straightener in the bathroom. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.
The apartment is really nice and comfortable. Furniture is new, exactly as in the pictures. Location is fine, 15 minutes walk from the city centre. The neighborhood is safe, there are a lot of supermarkets around, shopping centre and a train station is also 10 minutes by walk. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bed is huge - we slept 2 adults and 1 kid perfectly. Additionally, host offered us a mattress, which was also great. The area is quiet, we were able to rest and sleep well at night.
Great location, within walking distance from the central train station and city centre. The room and bathroom were really small and looked a bit outdated, but it was expected as we wanted a cheap option for one night only. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Walking distance to city center. Quiet area, still with a lot of restaurants, but without all the tourists. Very nice apartment, great host, very comfortable bed and nice duvet, very quiet. We recommend this place

Karim is a great host and has done everything to make sure that we have a pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean apartment of a good size. Cheap parking on the street via e-tickets arranged by Karim. Secure bike storage in the building. Close to the city centre. Big balcony with a great view. Big television with lots of channels from many countries. All in all, a superb stay. We will surely stay here when we are in Brussels again.
