He was available whenever we contacted him. He was very helpful and answered all our questions including best routes to take to destinations. The room was beautiful, bathroom was spacious and clean. Amenities were as advertised. The common kitchen, living area were clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Location to metro, Brussels Central ( train station) and Grand Place was perfect!!!

Les Lofts d'Artistes is a conglomerate of 8 (if I counted right) rooms, studios, and mini-apartments, that were created through a refurbishment of a former industrial building dating back to the late 1800s or early 1900s. It seems that they are managed by one of the real estate companies that are now offering their services to administrate short-term rentals across the larger cities of Europe. This is done in a smart way: One person from the management company will be your contact from the beginning to the end of your stay and provide you with all the information and support needed during this time. A very helpful approach, as you know who to turn to in any situation. I arrived with a late flight, but this was not a problem, as my contact, Aya, made sure that I got the number codes to the front for and for the key box that had the keys for my loft. The loft itself is nice, with quality furniture and a nice interior design. It is organized with a king-size bed and couch (together with a water heater, a coffee machine, and complementary coffee and tea) in one room and a large space for shower, toilet and washbasin in a second room. The little apartments, lofts, or rooms, that make up the Lofts d'Artistes, are arranged in two levels around a central staircase, with a large open kitchen in the center. I think that the original idea was to allow people to cook and have a nice time together, but this might have escalated in the past, and led to damage. So right now you can only use the fridge and the tableware, but you are not allowed to cook. What the kitchen provides, however, is access to complementary drinking water and soft drinks. Very nice to find, when you arrive late at night. There is also a little terrace that is accessible through the kitchen, and the idea of having an early breakfast outside in summer seems attractive. All in all, a nice design, a cozy environment, and good and accessible support. Thank you, Aya!

Die Unterkunft Louise Chatelain suites, die in Brüssel, 1,8 km von Justizpalast entfernt gelegen ist, bietet Zimmer mit Gartenblick und kostenlosem WLAN. The house is under renovation but it seemed the area we were given was all renovated so everything was pristine clean and nice. The house is very well located for public transport and has a couple of great eating shops nearby. But the highlight was the host, she was extremely responsive and courteous. She even gave additional discounts because the renovation work was not complete yet. But i loved the experience, everything was clean and new.

Die Pension La Maison Haute befindet sich im Herzen des historischen Brüssel, 950 m vom Grand Place, der Statue Manneken Pis und dem Einkaufsviertel der Stadt entfernt. The proprietor Sebastian had done over and beyond for his guests! The place was immaculate! Each floor has one room and each room was tastfully decorated! The whole staying experience was home away from home feeling!

Das Bxlroom bietet Zimmer und eine Suite in einer ehemaligen Medaillenwerkstatt, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Grand Place entfernt. Sehr gute Lage, Nähe von den den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Schönes Zimmer.

Die Unterkunft Evere home - Private room, die in Brüssel gelegen ist und von der aus Berlaymont-Gebäude in weniger als 5,4 km erreichbar ist, bietet Nichtraucher Zimmer, einen Garten, kostenloses WLAN... Gustav the host was extremely friendly and helpful, he made my stay such a pleasant one, he was very generous and accommodating in allowing me check out when I wanted and we had such lovely conversations through out my stay. I would definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Brusselles

Die Unterkunft Brand new CAMELIA ROOM with private bathroom, die in Brüssel gelegen ist und von der aus Bahnhof Brüssel Süd in weniger als 500 m erreichbar ist, bietet allergikerfreundliche Zimmer,... The location is just wonderful, we travelled to different cities, so having an apartment just a couple of minutes to get the Midi station, was convinient. The aparment was cute, clean and comfortable, kitchen very very well equiped. Everything worked properly, including wifi. The host was in touch all the time and very helpful. It was very pleasant stay 😊
