Location is close to the city centre somehow (you have to go uphill then downhill, but everything in Coimbra is this way); bonus is that it is quieter than living in the centre.
Liked that it has AC (very hot outside), nice bathroom, all kitchen utensils some may need, comfortable bed, and it was very clean. The host was friendly, told us a little bit about surroundings.

There is a full kitchen on the 2nd floor available to guests to cook, enjoy a coffee & tea, etc. The entire place is extremely clean & yes... charming. Excellent location in the heart of the city where most attractions are walkable. Many good restaurants close by. Great value for money.

We booked this house for our family holiday. The house is in a very good location: very quiet at night and you can reach the city center by walking. The house is very roomy, cozy and comfortable, you even have your private garden to grill. And the price was just a dream. The host Isabel is very nice, kind and respectful, she even prepared wine, bread and cheese to welcome us. It was perfect for our purpose, highly recommend!
