The location could not be more perfect for access to the night market and the old town, while still being a "quiet yet lively" area with bars, restaurants and ATMs nearby. The office for booking tours and vans for onward travel are next store and they know the hotel owners, so coordinating travel and activities is very easy. The owners are extremely kind - they will go out of their way to make sure that you are well-talen-care of, and they stay on site, so they are often available for anything that comes up. The husband's English is very good, he will talk with you and tell you about local life if you are interested :-)
Also, the included breakfast was a great start to every morning. Overall very high value for money here.

Nice little guesthouse in a quiet alley, very close to the morning & night market, Mt Phousi, and a short ride from the train station. The hostess was very welcoming and arranging, the breakfast was super generous. Rooms are comfortable and functional, overall a good value for a small price.

Amazing stay in this lovely guesthouse. Special mention to the host who is so kind and available. You can rent scooter, buy train/van tickets, use the laundry service. The location is perfect to visit the city and see the monks morning walk. The room was big, clean, with comfortable bed. You should definitely try the breakfast pancake, served with fresh fruits!

We absolutely loved our stay at Elephant Boutique! The location was great and centrally located. The room was very nice, great air-con and a big comfortable bed. The banana pancakes for breakfast and fresh fruit were delicious. The host, Rose was such a delight, so friendly, helpful and very responsive. Rose helped us with booking trains/ restaurants etc and also told us a lot about the area and what to do there, she was a great host! This was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Luang Prabang!
