Great communication from the start. We were greeted directly and given a full tour and run down of how keys and doors worked. The room included a lightly stocked mini fridge and snacks that were all included - a really nice touch. They also handled arranging a shuttle to the cruise terminal the next morning for a very modest price - while also fully detailing the least expensive options in terms of public buses. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants.

The Building in which Gallery Suites was in was a little daunting and not what I expected for a hotel. The suites were inside an office building. However, once inside the suite was very modern, clean and comfortable and secure. Also received a nice continental breakfast

The rooms are really comfortable, with modern lighting and showers. The kitchen area is really handy to have, with coffee maker and microwave available. Best of all, are the owners! They went out of their way to make our stay special, by telling us their favorite restaurants and nearby archaeological sites. We’re definitely coming back!

The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, train stations and the town. It was well decorated, comfortable and clean. The roof terrace was beautiful, we spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the views. Our host was very attentive, always available and helped us organise a transfer to the airport.

The apartment is finished to a really high standard and very clean. It has everything you need in a great location, close to all of the restaurants and the beach. The host was also very nice and gave clear instructions on how to get into the property.

It was a great location and a perfect stay! The room was spotless clean and everything in the house had a very tasteful design! The breakfast was superb, and the host lovely. Santa Marinella is a very nice location, so I would definitely come back.
Size of the room. There is AC. Room and shared area (kitchen and living room) are clean. Breakfast was well prepared and host baked delicious pies and small bites for breakfast. Can use kitchen to cook lunch and dinner as it is well equipped with cutlery, utensils and pots/pans. The accommodation is a semi basement so it is cool inside even when it is quite warm outside. It is peaceful and quiet. Host is friendly and helpful, very accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage and picked up 1-2 hours later. Happy about that.

tip for the beach: go by train to Santa severa it will take 8minutes on the train then a 20 minute walk to a great free beach where you can take you own chairs/umbrella for free or hire a lounge and umbrella for 9€
cafes and bars everywhere.
lounges/umbrella will cost 40€ in Santa marinella and the beach is poor.
