Everything was great here. The proprietor is very detail oriented and you can tell he has tried to think of every little thing that his guests might need. Really an exceptional innkeeper! Beautiful modern bathroom and the place is nicer than it looks in pictures. VERY clean. There is a little lobby/office so no problem with storing luggage but our room was already available even though we arrived very early from our cruise ship. Liked the town more than we expected to.

Fabulous accommodation and very kind hosts. I was around 5 hours late in arriving due to an issue with my baggage at the airport. The hosts were very patient and kind in accommodating my late arrival.

The location was good. We were boarding a cruise ship and could easily walk with our suitcases. We weren't quite prepared for the amount of stairs to get into the unit. It was clean, well presented.

The property was great. Melina made our stay pleasant. Answered all our questions and help with our request that we had. She booked a taxi service for our drop off at the NCL cruise terminal and also arranged a pick up back to Rome as requested at the right price. The property was clean and safe walking distance to everything that you need.

Great weekend, great location, great breakfast. The hosts Chantal and Jose were extremely helpful. We stayed 3 nights in the seaview room with balcony and the views were amazing. We will definitely return. Grazie
The apartment is finished to a really high standard and very clean. It has everything you need in a great location, close to all of the restaurants and the beach. The host was also very nice and gave clear instructions on how to get into the property.

It was a great location and a perfect stay! The room was spotless clean and everything in the house had a very tasteful design! The breakfast was superb, and the host lovely. Santa Marinella is a very nice location, so I would definitely come back.
Size of the room. There is AC. Room and shared area (kitchen and living room) are clean. Breakfast was well prepared and host baked delicious pies and small bites for breakfast. Can use kitchen to cook lunch and dinner as it is well equipped with cutlery, utensils and pots/pans. The accommodation is a semi basement so it is cool inside even when it is quite warm outside. It is peaceful and quiet. Host is friendly and helpful, very accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage and picked up 1-2 hours later. Happy about that.

tip for the beach: go by train to Santa severa it will take 8minutes on the train then a 20 minute walk to a great free beach where you can take you own chairs/umbrella for free or hire a lounge and umbrella for 9€

Great location and super friendly hosts. The room was larger than we expected and has everything you need. Less than two minutes walk to lovely restaurants and bars, less than 10 minutes walk to a free (rocky) beach or 10 min walk to private beaches. Would happily return.
