We wanted a place close to the airport as we had an early flight, this was perfect! We arrived early and Stefano was pleasant enough to let us check in. The place was spotless!

Great rooms, very clean. Breakfast room was cute and well
Stocked. The people I traveled with agreed—it ended up being our favorite place to stay while in Italy

The property itself was clean. There are two rooms close in proximity with little soundproofing. We could hear the neighbors talking . The location for us was great as we had an early check in and the airport was very close by. Breakfast was sufficient. An early check in was appreciated.

What a gem! I was traveling solo and needed a place to stay the night for an early morning flight. Parking was a bit difficult the night I got in. But I felt safe walking to the gate to let myself in. The host gives great directions on how to enter safely when she is not available, and it went really smoothly. I slept well, and enjoyed a simple breakfast the next morning. Thank you!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Quiet location, we had great hosts and nothing was too much, lovely pool and outside area, Baloo the chocolate Labrador puppy, Manola and friend !, amazing.
Simone is a great host. He was available all the time to answer questions and brought us a few items that we asked.
The apartment is large enough, the area is quiet and the car can be easily parked around the corner.
Well equipped kitchen, some groceries and water were available on our arrival, which was nice. Supermarket a few steps away.
Great hotel to stay overnight if you want a cheap and cheerful hotel room near FCO - way cheaper than the other airport hotels in FCO! Easy to arrange transport via shuttle and host was friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very quiet, but obviously due to proximity of airport you will hear planes flying over all the time.
Amazing host. Great communication & extremely helpful. Top location … a 30 minute flat walk into town. Plenty of parking nearby. Quiet comfortable room with shutters & curtains, air con as well as a fan and plenty of floor space to sort out luggage. The bathroom was spotless and big! We also allowed time to visit Ostia Antica for a few hours before a late night departure which I would highly recommend as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the guest house.
Great location, great hosts. We were traveling with two small kids, and the hosts made a crib available and also gave our kids some toys. How sweet! It's a 5-minute walk from the water, a 2-minute walk from some of the best Gelato in Italy. It was a great place to stay before our departure from Fiumicino airport, which is only 10 minutes away by bus.
We had a great stay here. Nice, quiet, clean and close to the airport. Marina is a great host and Google translate helped with communication. Nice coffee and complimentary snacks are also included. Highly recommended!
A quaint little village town. Very quiet but very close to the airport so easy for a stopover. Stefano was a fantastic host and nothing was any trouble. Easy arrival and checkin. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and varied.
It's a very nice, quiet place, close to the airport, with a supermarket and places to eat within walking distance. There is a shared fridge that you can use. The breakfast has both sweet and savory options, and fresh fruit, which is not always the case in Italy, in my experience. The hosts are what make it an exceptional place to stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, arranging transport to the airport, even ironing some clothes and making sandwiches for us for lunch. In short, everything was great, and we would return!
The room was clean, quiet, had everything I needed. Host was waiting for me despite late arrival and showed me place where I could have dinner; host prepared breakfast for me quite early to usual breakfast time due to my early departure; host organized a car for me to take me to the airport, at the cost cheaper than local taxi; I do highly recommend B&B L'Ulivo Fiumicino
Leandro the host was so very kind, helpful, and responsive. I chose this guest house as I wanted to eat at a nearby restaurant. I was a little put off by the requirement for self check-in, but Leandro's illustrated instructions were so clear that the check-in was effortless. Bed very comfortable, place very quiet. There is an excellent Roman restaurant nearby.
