The people who were working there were super nice and helpful! When we booked we got an email giving us the times of the ferry and they booked our preferred time for us. When we got there they took our bags and had welcome (non-alcoholic) fruit smoothies for us. They actually had a beverage like that for us every time we got back to the hotel. It is a pretty small hotel. Smaller than I thought when we booked. Only 4 cabins plus two larger ones next to the pool that were being renovated. There are a good amount of stairs for such a small place. Perfectly fine for us but could be a problem for older folks. Very secluded area. We rented a scooter from them to get around the island. They also helped us arrange taxi rides when needed. We ate all of our meals at the restaurant when we were at the hotel. Super convenient. We were the only ones there a lot of the time. I can't imagine booking a hotel without a restaurant since most places were pretty separated. There was no where we could walk to to get other food. They had us order the breakfast the night before so it would be ready by the time we wanted. They will also do a floating breakfast at the pool if you request it! The room was pretty basic. The pool was perfect. The hotel is right off the road so the pool overlooks that but not a big deal. You can see sunset from the pool!

Everything was amazing. Staff is super super friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day. The massages on offer are amazing. And even during high season the place still gives relax and quiet vibes when all the cottages are booked out. The food from the restaurant was good and freshly baked, wide variety of drinks and cocktails for sale. Loved the setting with the restaurant and the pool and relax area. The view is amazing. It is quite remote but they offer taxi/ tour services and motorcycle rental. This provides excellent opportunity even for people who have never driven before to give it a try and go explore on their own. It’s straightforward. I can recommend driving to diamond beach for sunrise in the morning before tourists arrive. Stunning views. Cactus beach club is also a nice little day-trip if you just want to be lazy and do some tanning/read a book and have some excellent pastries/food that is a bit more westernized. 11/10 for Kabeh Jati.

Very comfortable hostel in a great location for the ferry to Nusa Penida. Good eateries nearby. The room was quiet & comfortable though lacked fresh air. The beach right near the hostel is only average. Bubu Beach, a short distance away was fun.
Great host, great location and overall a great experience. If you need help with anything you can always ask the host and he is happy to help you find the best solutions. We also had free pickup from the boat which was awesome!
The husband and wife hosts were lovely as were the rest of the staff.

Basic - no tv or pool but it’s a budget friendly guest house so you know what you’re getting.
Great location right near the harbour and many dining options. Ayu is a great host and sorted us out for scooter rental, a driver to show us around the island and good food and cocktails nearby.
Room was clean and quiet plus a great touch having a water refiller in the room and earbuds for the local mosque (which we didn’t need)
