Very cute three story guest house with simple, clean rooms. The location was great and about a 15 min walk to downtown but outside the main tourist area.

Location. Away from the too crowded Oxford City Center. Nice to be close to a typical high street (Banbury Rd) 10-15 walk away. And easy, frequent bus connections into Oxford Center.
Just over a mile south from the center of Oxford, Cornerways Bed & Breakfast offers self-catering accommodations with free WiFi, and parking.

Hosts could not be more welcoming and helpful. Cheerful conservatory for dining and meeting other guests. Cute outdoor seating in garden. Room on ground level was comfortable and special requests were accommodated. Each room has a fan. Flat walk to center. Market close by as well as at least one friendly pub serving a variety of food inside and outside. Bus service nearby at 2 GBP per ride. Taxi to RR station 10 GBP.

On the main bus route. Clean. Strong flow shower head.
A couple of nonstandard UK outlets for which we did not have the proper adapter. Julie, our host, was very helpful in finding extension cords that would connect to the standard UK outlets that were also in the room.

First impression tidy, nice room/amenities for the price, location a ways out of the city center but manageable by bus or 45-min walk (did several times, lots to see and an easy straight line along the main road to get to shops, museums, colleges, etc.) Housekeeping service seemed attentive and tidy in both private rooms and main areas.
Nice to have access to kitchen, back patio with some chairs, washing machine.
Located within the historic city center of Oxford, Henry's is nestled amid the scenic university colleges and a 10-minute walk from Oxford rail station.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location, clean building, great hosts, very friendly. Breakfast was good but the Indian menu at dinner was fantastic. They still had English Pub fare too!
Host very welcoming and friendly. I was able to use an off road parking space in front of the guest house. On a good bus route to city centre, Good selection of toast and cereal for breakfast. Room clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. I was in a very quiet room at the back of the house.
Lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood with a great host. I spend two weeks with Melody and I really felt at home. With the busses it‘s quite fast to reach the city centre (especially if you‘re used to living in bigger cities) or — if you feel sporty — you can walk a 45 minutes through the fields of port meadow among the oxen’s. I really liked it!
The barn is wonderfully finished and very quiet and cozy.
The location is very convenient, close to Oxford city center and in the meantime in the beautiful and peaceful countryside.
Donna is a great host, constantly looking after guests needs and comfort.
comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, welcoming hosts, good location, only a short bus ride to Oxford city centre, the 1 hour walk along river Thames to Oxford city center is also very nice, reasonable price
Excellent location. Short walk into Oxford and for the New Theatre. Staff were great hosts. Food was excellent. Quiet location - we've stayed in central Oxford before and it can be very noisy (sirens and revellers). This was ideal. Lovely old building. Room was clean, comfortable and great location - short walk into the city centre and all the sight seeing you want.
Very nice studio in a great location. The studio was clean and very comfortable, during the night it was very quiet even though it is rather close to a busy road. It is within walking distance of the city centre. Overall it had a very high standard for Oxford accommodation and great value for money. Friendly and very helpful host! We would definitely stay here again.
Green Gables guesthouse is a home from home experience. Mr & Mrs Bella are fantastic hosts, lovely interaction with guests. Breakfast was great & room was exceptionally clean.
Great location & only a 10 minute bus ride to Oxford City Centre. The bus stop is outside the property. My husband & myself will definitely stay here again & would recommend a visit.
Great location: easy walking distance to the city centre, but in a quiet residential area. Andrew (the host) was terrific to us-- helpful and understanding--and he even went out of his way to get us complimentary tickets to the football match!
The apartment was spacious and comfortable with plenty of light.
