Host robert actually made me tea. Gave me a map and directions to a grocer. Convenient to the rail station and within half mile of several bus lines headed into town. Has American washer and drier which meant all my clothes were finally dry. Huge comfy bed. Sink in room. Full kitchen so I did several of my own meals.
Set in the cosmopolitan west end of Glasgow, a few minutes' walk from Byres Road where there are some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutique shops.

Owner very efficient & great host, stored our bags as we arrived very early. Spar shop, coffee shop and pub just outside apartment complex. Nice restaurants nearby, DiMaggios Italian [16.95, 2 course pre Theatre menu] . The Pipers Tryst, turn right at pub, excellent sea food & deserts. Will return next time in Glasgow.
Good atmosphere, very comfortable beds, rooms very clean. Would definitely recommend! Great location for seeing Glasgow. We honestly preferred being a little further out as it was quiet. It was super cheap and close by train to get into the city center or only 25 minute walk. The welcome drink was a lovely touch.

The apartment is quieter than you would expect for the location, very handy place to stay if you're doing anything in the city centre. Pauline is a great host and very welcoming, we had no issues during our stay but felt secure in the knowledge that if we did have any issue we could easily get in touch with her.

Bedroom and bed were great, breakfast fantastic. Great location for us to visit family, but close to city centre for others if needed. Definitely will use again, big thumbs up.
