It was convenient being above the restaurant we had booked for New Year, unfortunately this was ruined because the owner had a private party with loud music in the space just downstairs from the apartment which went into 3am. We choose this place as it was out of the city (30 min walk) and thought it would be quiet, as we had our dog with us. We don’t have an issue with them having a party but they should have told us so we could decide to stay somewhere else. They did invite us to the party but after a very long dinner experience with no atmosphere at New Year and the fact they they were all smoking in the party area we were not having the night we were expecting.

The entire experience was delightful. The room was very spacious and perfectly appointed with exceptional facilities for a family with young children. The parking was convenient with plenty of space. The breakfast was simple and delicious. It was also really nice to meet the resident cat in the courtyard. All around a truly exceptional stay!

This is a charming renovated house in the centre of Armentieres. There a three huge rooms on the second floor. Everything is very clan and comfy. Breakfast is served in a separate room on the same floor. The owners are friendly and very helpful. We'll certainly be back here.

Excellent location for our needs - about 15 mins walk to metro and 25 to stadium for the rugby match. We had 2 adjoining rooms so 2 bathrooms and some kitchen facilities. Very comfortable and the balcony was a nice bonus. Easy and free parking so we left the car and used the cheap, fast public transport to the town centre. Fabulous - unless you prefer to be in the thick of things.
Great location for the stadium during the Rugby World Cup. Although the restaurant was closed the staff made a great effort to feed all the hungry rugby fans returning from the match. The lounge space was very comfortable and the breakfasts were also very good.
Nice room (family room) with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Facilities were nice, had a soccer table and a corner where you can play board games and a gaming computer with old console games which me and the kids enjoyed the most :-)
Breakfast was good no complaints.
Close to the highway so you can get to the city centre quit quickly.
