Stopped off here by chance on the way back from the Alps on my motorcycle. Very compact single room but with everything you need and a comfortable bed. Good little restaurant just down the road (cash only). Breakfast in the morning with a cooked egg was great too. Not expensive and quiet at night so easy to sleep well.
Just a 5-minute drive from the A8 motorway, this hotel in Limbach features free internet access and modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. Guests receive a free bottle of mineral water on arrival.

We were delayed by German traffic and the guy at the reception waited for us (although we were instructed to get the room key in the safe). As it was late we did not search for dinner outside of the hotel - but their bistro did a very good job.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

to start with, i need to highligt that the hotel's location and its rooms are pretty good. Breakfast was way enough and price was reasonable. The staffs are very friendly. Happy to stay for the night there.
On the other hand, eventhough I booked a double bed room, the lady at reception gave me a single bed room. It was very uncomfortable for me. After complaning about that, to compensate for this unpleasant experience, the gentleman at reception gave me an apartment. That was really good. Thank you

Host spoke very good English and was very helpful. He booked us a table at a nearby restaurant, I think it was Capito Restaurant. The food and service were excellent, but probably best to avoid if you are on a tight budget. Easy to miss Haus Gebauer as you drive up the street, but the sign is more visible from the other direction. It is next to Haus Monika whose sign is very visible. Private parking is excellent. We enjoyed walking around the lovely town. The owner has taken a lot of care and attention. Would definitely recommend.
