Great location and clean room with friendly staff. Breakfast was served a little on the early side however they had a good array of vegetables and other items. Convenient central location to walk to nearby shops, trails, and restaurants. The room was quiet, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully.

Location was magical! Couple who owns/runs it are wonderful. Florida's 8 course dinners were amazing! As was her breakfast. All food made from what was grown on their land. You can't find a more beautiful view. Sitting on the porch in the warm breeze overlooking the mountains, river and farms were spectacular. Florida is such a warm and lovely woman. Highlight of our trip.

Our hosts treated us with a warmth and kindness that helped me feel at home. With the garden in the back yard, they made the whole breakfast from scratch every day. Even the bread was baked fresh, by hand, on site. All organic, local ingredients. Also solid internet and just a 10-minute walk to the river below for a morning swim!

Very nice and very clean room. Great location near the city center but also in a very quiet, in fact tranquil location with beautifully landscaped yard and outdoor dining/sitting area. Wonderful breakfast was also served and our host was informative and sharing in his knowledge of the city and its history. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.

We had a great stay at the Eagle guesthouse! The location is perfect with amazing views over Permet and the river valley, while being in an exceptionally quiet location. The apartment is fitted with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and has plenty of space to relax in. The hosts greeted us warmly and gave us a sweet, local treat when we arrived and made sure that we were settled in.

The guest house is in a great location, just a short walk to the town centre, all felt very safe and clean. The host was absolutely lovely, and made a great traditional breakfast each morning which we enjoyed in the beautiful and calm garden. We also managed to purchase some of the lovely homemade produce from the host (preserves and raki).
When staying in or around Permet, staying at the Chri Chri guesthouse is a must.
