I took my fiancé (then girlfriend) away for the weekend with the intention of proposing. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.

I was not sure what to expect when I booked and it exceeded all my expectations. The house is beautiful. The lady receiving us was very friendly. We felt like home, in the evening they made a fire for us. It was lovely to have a glass of wine there.

Koppiesvlei Farm ligger i Tonteldoos, 24 km fra Dullstroom Bird of Prey & Rehabilitation Centre, 33 km fra Verloren Vallei Naturreservat og 48 km fra Belfast State Forest. We LOVED everything - the location, the accommodation, the peace and quiet. It was a home-away-from-home - even the resident dogs adopted us and followed our children everywhere they went on the farm.

Woolly Bugger Farm ligger på en 270 hektar stor gård med 1 ørreddæmning og 1 Bass/Carp-dæmning i den idylliske Tonteldoos-dal. A superb experience. We WILL be back and also stay longer :-)

Silver Mist Resort ligger i Haenertsburg, blot 2,8 km fra Long Tom-monumentet, og tilbyder indkvartering med søudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. The Silver Mist Resort is also a horse farm. A lot of beautifull Chalets located on the farm which is mordern and has a stunning ambient. We had a comfortable and quiet night there in Chalet Nr. 3 with a wonderful view on the lake. The staff is friendly and helpfull. They offer a lot of Activities like horse riding, zip lining or hiking around the Kiwi and Avocado fields of the farm. We did the guided horse riding and can absolutely recommend it. Res is a great horse trainer and we felt really safe with him. He told us a lot about the horses and the farm on the ride. Don't miss out on that when you stay there. They also have Alpaka and Sheep on the farm. A great place for travelling with children. The owner gave us good recommendations where to eat in town. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Silver Mist Resort and extended our stay :)

Mon Repos Guest Farm ligger ved motorvej R101, under 10 km fra Bela-Bela. Der er udendørs pool, have og bar. Waterberg Zipline Adventures ligger 3 km derfra. Friendly staff and awesome food

Lakeview Cottages ligger i Haenertsburg, under 5,6 km fra Long Tom-monumentet og 13 km fra Woodbush-skoven. Der tilbydes indkvartering med have samt gratis privat parkering for gæster i bil. It's a little piece of paradise. We felt so welcomed and well looked after by the owner and Charl. We love everything they did at the cottage and the beautiful garden. All the details are being taken care of. It's a pity we only stayed for one night this time but we will surely return to enjoy the garden and play with the dogs.
