A very kind host who offered great restaurant recommendations. we really enjoyed our stay in this home overlooking the sea and surrounded by olives.

The staff were wonderful, and our stay was like being part of a big family. The views are spectacular, both day and night - from the ocean to the mountains. There is even a pool onsite. This place is value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.

Boasting mountain views, Agriturismo Tenuta Umberto I provides accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge, around 38 km from Majella National Park. the location was great. beautiful view, quiet, little town to shop. the space was large and designed well. it was very comfortable. bathroom had a lot of space in shower, around sink, easy to organize and use facilities. every room was large and well laid out with nice views from windows which opened with screens. it was hot, but AC was functional and fresh air from windows and breeze in bedroom was great. breakfast was super with homemade baked goods.. hosts were fantastic.. always cheerful and pleasant.. I loved the area. relaxed attitudes for Italy. not touristy.
