The house is just beautiful, it’s comfortable and cozy and has everything you need. We could also see the northern lights twice . Definitely recommended and would definitely stay here again!

We were surprised to find out that the studio looks different from the pictures. The host told us that they just finished to renovate the place and the result is stunning. A very large room with comfortable bad, nicely equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sitting spot next to the window with a view comming out of a journal. The nice owners were very welcoming and insisted meeting us personally upon our arrival, something really seen in today's self check in systems.

We loved our stay at Midsitja. Beautiful cozy room with all wooden interior. We enjoyed reading in the books on Icelandic horses and visiting the stable and the horses. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold to sit on the terrace. The dog and cat are super friendly and so cute. Being greeted by them just added to the homey feeling. It was also nice of the host to provide some light breakfast in the fridge, which we very much appreciated.

Amazing view from the comfortable large studio overlooking the small valley and the river (we got lucky with the weather). The owner Magnus and the employees working at the Farm are extremely friendly and we had a nice chat over a beer in the evening. Horse riding tour highly suggested. The studio has a small equipped kitchen and very good WiFi.

Ubytovanie Öndólfsstaðir Farm B&B s výhľadom na hory sa nachádza v destinácii Laugar 14 km od miesta Vodopád Godafoss a 44 km od miesta Prírodné kúpele Mývatn. Loved our 2 night stay at this beautiful farm B&B. Welcomed on arrival (first by the friendly dogs and goats!) and just a perfect hospitable experience from the get go. Loved the coffee/tea/hot chocolate/chai station that was always available and the breakfast was the best we had in Iceland. Fresh fried eggs and omelettes from the hens were delicious (and the waffles - so good!). Also took advantage of the excellent and cheap laundry service (1000isk a load) and packed lunch packs (1000isk per person - a bargain for freshly made sandwiches, skyr, fruit and homemade cookies). It was also a great location for exploring nearby Myvatin. Highly highly recommend staying here!

The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly (special thanks to Emma who was our horse riding guide). Extremely good value for money, was surprised we had the whole place to ourselves. Kitchen was modern and nice. Beds were comfy and the place was clean.
